I have had the pleasure of working with Martin Schultz-Moller during the upgrading of my hearing aids. I have had some difficulties adapting to the new technology as it has been 9 years since I purchased my last hearing aids. Martin worked tirelessly and thoroughly through each step with me and nothing was too much trouble for him.
Martin is certainly an asset to Audika.
Thank you Martin for your patience and ongoing care.

I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Martin Schultz-Moller. He was very knowledgeable and more than willing to accommodate any requests. Audika are lucky to have him on board.
The aids trailed were good but had some shortfalls. There was no rechargeable CROS device, just something else to think about. Unfortunately, in the end, price was also a factor against another supplier.

If you've all but given up hope of someone being able to help like I had, don't.
Martin Shultz-Moller Audika Lower Hutt is 'the man'.
I had the 'sensory package from hell' >every audiologists nightmare...
> two previously prescribed hearing aids supplied by DHB unable to tolerate.
> diagnosed stress vertigo
> diagnosed problematic tinitus
> sound and light induced migraines
> barely able to function or concentrate on a daily basis
> skin sensitivity to materials used in internal hearing aids
> vertigo response to 'sea shell' type external aid systems.
Martin worked tirelessly to find/adapt /modify and programme the right aids for my individual needs.

He has a Masters in audiology , and boy did he have to use every
bit> especially when halfway through our training I had a sensory overload. He was professional throughout.
Patient> good Lord! He had to work in a very dim light to prevent my senses going on high alert, and backtrack just when things looked like they were going good (due to sthe ensory overload).
He had to adapt and learn a new speed and style of communication, because I had such limited concentration with new info due to Tinitus Vertigo fatigue.
The outcome
> I am able to hear better, and have no ear irritation, and able to eleviate tinitus fatigue through app programmes with blue tooth function due to the careful choice and capacity of aid chosen by Martin.
Thank you Martin for your patience, expertese and ongoing care.
